1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

  • Returns are not accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earphones, earbuds, and headphones once opened (for hygiene reasons).

  • Products purchased on clearance sale or special offers are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
