• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• Within Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Areas: 3–7 business days
  (Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.)

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

• For orders below Rs. 3,000, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure the payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@vebronic.pk or via our WhatsApp help line. We will investigate and assist you promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order. Vebronic.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
